3.1-1 Cylinder:

3.1-2  Cylinder valve: 

Material: brass Working pressure: 15MPa , thread: PZ39, hose thread: G5/8, release pressure:19 ±0.95

Consist of: valve body, gas chamber, pressure arm to sealing CO2.

In fire harzounds, controlled by manual, automatic open the valve to release to gas. 

Valve connected with: dip tube, discharge hose. 

3.1-3  Hose pressure hose:  Dia: 12mm, working pressure: 15 MPa, thread G5/8, length:450 mm

3.1-4  Liquid one way valve: be used between manifold pipe and high pressure hose, prevent gas 

flow back to storage cylinder. Working pressure:15 MPa, valve actuated pressure: ≥0.15 MPa, thread: M27/ G5/8.

Scale device gas loss: if less than 4kgs, output by signal, powder DC 24 V, rate voltage:1.5 A

Manifold pipe: combinate all the stored cylinder, be installed cylinder racket. 

Material: steel 20#, thread M27/M16, max working pressure: 15MPa 

Safety release valve: be installed on manifold pipe, for release high pressure exceed the requested gas release:15± 0.75MPa, thread:M16

3.1-5  Selective valve: be used in combination system. 

3.1-6  Pressure switch: be installed on manifold pipe (for independent system ) 

If selective installed on select outlet, when the gas are discharge, output on signal to control 

panel center  actuated:0.2MPa, power:24DCV, rated voltage:1.5A

3.1-8  Total flooding nozzle: terminal end of the pipe, discharge mouth for the agent with cover 

total flooding nozzle and no cover flooding nozzle, or side working nozzle dependent the

Use bubble bag wrap the cylinder and accessories,then packing into wooden case,good protect the goods avoid crash.
