2. Brief introduction
It has three start modes: Automatic, manual and emergency start, it has automatic detection, automatic fire extinguishing, automatic fuel shutoff, automatic water cooling, automatic feedback signal output, automatic turn on/off the system electric signal, etc. It also supports the fire extinguishing by emergency start of manual start.
The agents(YCZ)are non-toxic, pollution-free and non-corrosive special-purpose fire extinguishing agents, with high fire extinguishing performance and being hard to re-burn.

The devices with three combinations, that is, single tank group, double tank group and triple tank group(supports up to 39 sprayers). It can automatically monitor and extinguish the fire in the cooking appliance, fume hood and fume ductwork in 24 hours is suitable for the fire protection of Chinese and western cooking appliance.

3. Prouduct specialities
This system belongs to mechanical driving, with no need to be controlled by the power. The system installation do not occupy the floor of the kitchen, but occupy the location of the space.
This system is designed simple with a sophisticated structure. The size of the design system shall be confirmed according to the size and quantity of the hearth.
The agent used in kitchen extinguishing system is special high-efficient fire extinguishing agent of kitchen. It can be cleaned easily and washed with clean water after extinguishing the fire. The term of validity of the agent is 10 years.

4. Working principle

1)After the oil pan on the kitchen hearth is burning, the large heat from the fire makes the heat-detection infusible metal in haul cable releaser break away.

4)Within about 3-5seconds after the system sprays the agent, the valve in the system opens the spraying valve automatically, The water sprays through the pipeline of extinguishing agent and the nozzle and cools and brushes the oil material and the surface of the hearth device rapidly.
