When the hearth in the kitchen is fired,this system can extinguish the fire automatically by means if heat detection system to carry out monitoring for 24 hours and can extinguish the initial fire by manual start-up.it can also close the fuel valve through mechanical or electric signal and provide electric signal and transmit it to the middle-control room.
When the fire is extinguished for 3-5 seconds,the valve connected with the tap water in the system is opened automatically and cool the surface of the hearth.
This system belongs to mechanical driving,with no need to be controlled by the power .The system installation do not occupy the floor of the kitchen,but occupy the location of the space.
This system is designed simple with a sophisticated structure. The size of the design system shall be confirmed according to the size and quantity of the hearth.
The agent used in kitchen extinguishing system is special high-efficient fire extinguishing agent of kitchen. It can be cleaned easily and washed with clean water after extinguishing the fire.The term of validity of the agent is 10 years.

5.Kitchen fire extinguishing system working principle: |
1)After the oil pan on the kitchen hearth is burning,the large heat from the fire makes the heat-detection infusible metal in haul cable releaser break away.
2)The heat detection system open the release device of kitchen fire-extinguishing system to exert pressure on the vessel storing the fire extinguishing agent and drive all the auxiliary pneumatic or electric switch-off devices and the alarming linkage system.
3 )The liquid extinguishing agent is sprayed on the surface of the device n the kitchen hearth and the smoke exhaustion hood,oil-filter screen and exhaustion pipeline through the nozzle.This special extinguishing agent can extinguish the flare inside the oil pan rapidly and form a covering layer to inhibit the burning of oil material steam and prevent the rekindling of oil material.
4)Within about 3-5seconds after the system sprays the agent,the valve in the system opens the spraying valve automatically,The water sprays through the pipeline of extinguishing agent and the nozzle and cools and brushes the oil material and the surface of the hearth device rapidly.
