3.HOW TO USE
1. Hangs the safety hook in the rack,or other reliable fixtures.
2.Throw the reel to the ground outside building.
3.Ties up the safety belt in waist, and tightens.
4.Hands grapes the belt, facing wall,slow landing.
5.After landing,unties the belt and escape from the dangerous sence.
6.The second man escape from the building use the same method reciprocating use.
4.ATTENTIONS
