Operating Instructions | |
1 | Connect to AC220V power source and ensure proper grounding. Verify pump rotation direction (must be clockwise). |
2 | Position extinguisher at powder holder feed opening, lower holder until tight seal is formed. |
3 | Use "subtraction weighing method": Place powder source on scale, subtract target fill weight from total weight. |
4 | Start machine, open feed valve (11), insert suction tube (3). When nearing target weight, reduce suction speed. |
5 | After filling, step on reversal valve pedal (1) to clear residual powder, then raise holder and remove extinguisher. |
6 | For preset volume filling: Attach custom funnel to suction tube for measured powder quantities. |
