1.Product breif introduction:
Half fixed foam extinguishing device is a new mobile foam extinguishing equipment, also 
called mobile foam extinguishing equipment, its operation is simple, reliability quickly. Used
to put out a, b, c class water-insoluble liquid fire.It is widely used in municipal residential 
areas,factories and mines enterprises, oil depot, chemical engineering department, heat 
treatment workshop, gas stations and other places, mainly made by the foam liquid storage 
tanks, spray gun,proportioning mixer, hose, and cart chassis, etc

2.Work principle:
Half fixed foam extinguishing device in extinguishing the in-line mixer at both ends of the 
tube tooth interface with fire hose connection, and connect the pressure water, when there 
is water that no less than 0.6 MPa pressure through the nozzle of the proportioning mixer at 
high speeds, due to the effect of the spread of the lateral movement of the fluid particle, 
proportioner indoor form vacuum (negative pressure), so the foam liquid storage tank inside
 the foam liquid under the action of atmospheric pressure through pipettes into the mixer, 
mix with pressure water, finally reaches a certain proportion of the mixture.When the mixture 
flow with certain pressure to the spray gun, because the performance of the spray gun will 
air suction to quantitative.Make foam mixture foam.So as to achieve the effect of the foam 
fire fighting.

4.Usage method:
Device is operated generally should by two people;One connect jet nozzle belt and use the 
nozzle for fire extinguishing, another one is connect the hydrant hose and open fire hydrant 
valve to water supply.The operation steps are as follows:

Use fire hose connect the water supply and pressure water inlet of equipment;
Remove the spray gun and expand its fire hose;.
Let the hose of spray gun and equipment outlet connect;
Open the water supply;
Armed with foam spray gun to fire extinguishing;
