This 40Ltr (with optional 32Ltr capacity) cylinder assembly is manufactured to rigorous DOT 4BW500 standards, ensuring compliance with international safety regulations. The cylinder body is constructed from high-strength magamest steel (high-grade alloy steel) with a robust red epoxy polyester coating (RAL3000) that offers superior corrosion resistance and long-term durability. The assembly includes a precision brass valve, internal syphon tube, pressure gauge, and nameplate, providing a complete ready-to-install solution.

The system is pressurized with dry nitrogen and features a safety release device (burst disc) for reliable overpressure protection. The brass valve, sized at 1-1/4", incorporates an electrical actuator (24 VDC) for automatic activation through a fire detection panel. With its compact design and reliable performance, this FM-200 cylinder delivers dependable fire suppression when every second counts.
